Artificial Intelligence (AI)

What does it mean to be human? What is our place as human beings with AI and how is it going to be best for us to use it? Artificial intelligence is bringing new opportunities for creativity, exploration, and relationships into our daily lives.

UCCS faculty discuss the ways they bring the power of AI into their classrooms, research, and relationships to inspire their students to be their best selves as critical thinkers and creative people

Creative Research

At UCCS we think the goal of university research is to train students to solve the world’s problems. At the doctoral, graduate, and even undergraduate level, UCCS faculty are making a difference in their students’ lives through their research experiences.

Hear how UCCS faculty help students explore the exciting world of discovery through innovation, creativity, and bravery.

Resilience

When the UCCS community experienced a tragedy, the experts at the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience knew it was time to spring into action.

The Institute, led by Dr. Chip Benight, has helped build resilience throughout southern Colorado, statewide, and across the nation through their research in resilience science, their therapeutic clinics, and their Greater Resilience Information Toolkit (GRIT). Their work helped UCCS support one another and build strength and healing.
