About the Program
The Entrepreneurship minor will prepare you to live your life on the economic frontier, give full expression to your personality, and build wealth for yourself. Entrepreneurship is an exciting lifestyle as much as a career choice.
Focus of Study
With the UCCS Entrepreneurship minor, students will learn to recognize business opportunities and know when to seize them. They will develop creativity, ingenuity, and solid business skills to influence investors, raise capital, and start their own ventures. They will be able to identify emerging technologies and bring commercially viable ideas to fruition.
Program Requirements
Business student candidates for a Business minor must complete the minor's prescribed courses in addition to the required courses in the Bachelor of Science-Business degree.
