About Us

The Electrical Department consists of 3 full-time electricians supported by student staff and supervised by Marcus Davis. They are responsible for maintaining the campus electrical systems, including street/parking/sidewalk/building lighting, interior lighting, electrical panels, electrical outlets, transformers, devices, emergency generators, classroom clocks & various electrical devices.

The Maintenance Department consists of 13 full-time employees supported by student staff and managed by Marcus Davis and supervised by Rick Landis. The Maintenance Department provides services for buildings across campus (which includes General Funded Buildings, smaller buildings, University Office Park & rental properties). The Maintenance team takes care of electrical, carpentry, signs, plumbing, heating ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC), routine maintenance & repair, furniture movement, snow removal, keys, locks & door hardware.
