Getting Connected

Most devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc...) are now capable of automatically determining when an active wireless network is in range, as well as automatically choosing the correct wireless settings.  In most cases, the only action required by a user will be to first pick the name of the wireless network from a list (for example: UCCS-Wireless), then to enter a campus username and password.  If it's the first time a user is connecting their device to the UCCS-Wireless wireless network, depending on the device operating system they may be prompted to accept a security certificate.
