Robin joined UCCS in April 2018 and currently serves as the Executive Director of Auxiliary Services. In this role she oversees the departments of Dining and Hospitality Services (residential dining, retail food service, campus catering, and concessions), Retail Services (The Bookstore, Printing and Copy Center, Vending) and the UCCS Farm/Greenhouse. These departments comprise 50 professional staff, and 266 graduate and undergraduate student employees with a budget totaling over $12,000,000
Prior to working at UCCS, Robin worked at the University of Northern Colorado as the Associate Director of Dining Services from October 2016 until April 2018. The majority of Robin’s career has been spent at The University of Colorado Boulder, where she served in various roles from Catering Manager, Retail Manager, Kitchen Production Manager, Associate Director, Director of the University Memorial Center Food Service and Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships for Campus Dining Services.
Robin holds a B.S.B.A in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Denver, attended the California Culinary Institute in San Francisco and a M.A. from the University of Phoenix in Organizational Management.
