Dr. Tom Christensen is a Professor in the Department of Physics and Energy Science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He is serving as co-Chair of the Department and Co-Director of the UCCSTeach program. Tom has taught a wide variety of courses and has won both the college and campus-wide teaching awards. His research interests are in experimental surface and thin film physics. He conducts workshops and short courses on a variety of topics in the vacuum and thin film technology.
