Kotaro Shoji, Ph.D.

Dr. Kotaro Shoji has been a research associate at Trauma, Health and Hazards Center since 2012. He currently works on the SupportNet project where he is focused on secondary trauma among mental health care providers.

Areas of Interest

Dr. Shoji's research interests include trauma, stress, and psychophysiological reactions of stress and trauma. 

Education

Dr. Shoji earned his Ph.D. in social and health psychology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in May 2012. He earned his Masters degree in experimental psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2007. He earned his Bachelors degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2005.
