Thank you for expressing interest in the SWELL initiative! We provide experiential learning from seed and soil to kitchen and table! Consider getting involved whether you want to learn to prepare a variety of different types of fresh vegetables and fruits, explore different foods and regional flavors you have never had before, learn how to bake with sourdoughs and heritage grains, help plant, harvest and process Pueblo chile, garlic, thresh and winnow grains and seeds on a real working farm, or support SWELL in event planning such as Grain School. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved, build knowledge and skills in food and meet the people who grow and prepare your food along the way.
