Thanks to several grants for local and ethical food literacy, the Flying Carrot has developed teacher resources for the classroom, fact sheets for families and athletes to help with daily eating and fueling, and guides for coaches on various topics in sport nutrition. These resources integrate local, seasonal, and cultural food topics and the ethics of eating, and provide a multitude of resources for application into practice.
