To make sourdough starters healthy, you must feed them each day. You can feed it any amount you’d like, as long as it is equal parts flour and lukewarm water. For example, 1-cup flour and 1 cup water, or ¼ cup flour and ¼ cup water. Do whatever works best for you, the larger amount you feed it, the bigger the sourdough starter will get.

So that everyone was able to see what the sourdough starters on day two pre- feeding… I took some photos!
