Our recipes are generated each week by the Food Next Door team. We work in unison with the UCCS farm and Arkansas Valley Organic Growers to generate a fresh, seasonal meal. We look at the produce, grains and beans we will have available for the week and collaborate with another on what we would like to make. We are also lucky enough to have a panel of chefs at Roaring Fork who give us guidance with our dishes to ensure their success.
Our goal is to create well-balanced and nutritious recipes that are easy to replicate, so that our customers can take the recipe home and make it for themselves!
