2017 Project Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2017 Holiday Service Project. You made it a huge success!

We were able to help 33 families with food, gifts, a gift card to King Soopers, and books from Barnes and Noble wrapped in bags donated by Trader Joe’s. Cash donations received this year will be used for the grocery store gift cards for next year’s project.

This was truly a team effort, A great big thank you to Barnes and Nobles generously donated more than 200 books. Another huge thanks to our UCCS athletic teams who collected and donated over 650 canned and boxed food items which were dispersed to the HSP families.

We sincerely thank all the departments, individuals, clubs, and other groups who sponsored the families and helped make the season brighter. We also thank and appreciate everyone who donated money, purchased gifts (from the tags on the many Giving Trees), and volunteered their time to help with the project. What a wonderful community of giving individuals!

The Holiday Service Project touches many lives and is an ongoing UCCS tradition. You all make it possible.
