The School of Public Affairs (SPA) offers a NASPAA-accredited Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Master of Criminal Justice (MCJ), a Dual MPA/MCJ, a Dual MPA/MA Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice degree. And coming soon, a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work (Fall 2020).
The Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice engages students by visiting Criminal Justice Centers, participating in panel discussions, and working with a variety of Criminal Justice organizations.
Master of Public Administration and Master of Criminal Justice students complete a research-based thesis or a client-based capstone project where they conduct original research to analyze a problem or concern and produce a product/solution for that client.
The School of Public Affairs is accessible with classes offered online, on campus, a mix of both, in evenings, and also using weekend intensives.
