Resources for Students

Did you know that the Science Center has lots of resources to help students do well in their chemistry, biology, and physics classes? Yes, we have 38 computer stations, two printers, a xerox, and the best tutoring staff available. We also have materials that are course specific! Click below to see what we have to offer.

The Science Center has chemistry textbooks, which are available for checkout. Students must note that materials checked out from the Science Center must be returned that same day.

We also have exams, quizzes, and other study materials that instructors have provided to us to check out to students. In fact we have study sheets for nearly every major topic covered in General Chemistry 1 and 2. We have molecular model kits as well.

Students may find the following links very helpful:

Science Center computers have links to Anatomica 3D, a powerful interactive program that replaces the need to have physical models to study from; Interactive Physiology, a very helpful software program; and The Helical Heart, an instructive video.

The Science Center also has the following models for student checkout (models must be used in the Center):

  • two complete articulated skeletons
  • male and female pelvis
