Samantha Sonderman, BS

Samantha Sonderman, BS is a 2nd year Master's student in the Trauma track of the Clinical Psychology program at UCCS and a member of Dr. Samuelson's lab.  She received her Bachelor's of Science at the University of Michigan. Samantha was a research coordinator for the Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety Research Clinic from 2016-2018.  Her main research focus during this time was with Syrian and Iraqi Refugees, augmented reality exposure therapy, and fMRI research. 

Samantha is a Co-PI for the Stress and Trauma Assessment Research Study Part 2: The Role of the Trauma Memory (STARS 2) and the Assistant to the Director of the Global Intercultural Research Center (GLINT). Her current research interests include cultural presentations of trauma, refugee mental health, and trauma memory dysfunction. In her free time, Samantha likes to hike, cook, and run.
