Hey! My name is Amanda Rusch and I am a certified personal trainer through AAAI/ISMA and am currently working on my Certified Functional Strength Coach license as well as my strength and conditioning specialty certification. I am currently studying Health and Exercise Science and working towards my Athletic Training Masters. I eventually want to work for the Colorado Avalanche. I am also a Group Fitness Instructor; I currently teach Cycle 45, Bootcamp, Barre, and Introduction to Weight Training. I have taught Mixxedfit, Dance HIITS, and Body Sculpt in the past. When I am not working out or training clients, you can catch me hiking, rock-climbing, or eating my body weight in tacos!

Hey! My name is Tia! I am a certified personal trainer through the NSCA, and am finishing up my strength and conditioning specialty certification through this organization as well. I teach group fitness classes including Peak Strength, HITT Circuit, and Core & Recovery. I am also currently training for Collegiate Trials for USA TaeKwonDo in 2019. I am very passionate about bringing the experience I have as an elite athlete to sessions with my clients. Outside of work and school, I enjoy hiking, rock-climbing, and eating tacos!

I’m Thien Lam (everybody calls me T), and I’m an ACE certified personal trainer studying Business Management and Sports Health and Wellness. Along with instructing Group Fitness classes, I also coach youth basketball for the YMCA. You can find me at the Rec Center either working out, training one of my clients, or working as one of the building managers. My favorite exercise program is a high intensity, circuit based routine. Feel free to stop by and say hi or ask me any questions about fitness.

My name is LaSylvia and I'm an undergraduate Psychology student here at UCCS. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and earned my Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification from the American Council on Exercise. One thing my clients should know is that I incorporate high intensity training along with resistance training to make sure my clients receive the true fitness experience. In my free time, I enjoy doing anything that requires a touch of creativity. If you see me around the fitness center, feel free to ask any questions that may help you with your personal fitness routine!

Hi, I am Rebecca! I began my journey to a healthier me about 4 years ago. Through Muay Thai Kickboxing, and CrossFit, I lost 67 lbs and gained an immeasurable amount of confidence and self worth. During that time, I realized that not only did I have a passion for fitness, but I had a passion of helping others achieve their goals through fitness. I began my coaching journey during that time, and now I am coaching Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit.
