The Group Fitness program offers a variety of class formats to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals in a non-intimidating, group-based environment. Our group fitness instructors are energetic and accommodating, adapting each class to the ability and skill level of its members. Whether you have a taste for cardiovascular, strength, dance, high intensity or the outdoors, we have a class for you! Considering being an instructor yourself? Class Descriptions

AquaFit

Wake yourself up with this shallow water aqua class with exercises designed to increase your heart rate. This 60-minute class is a combination of cardio and resistance training. You control the intensity, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Low-impact moves make it a perfect environment for those with injuries or limitations. Those of you confident in the deep end will be given the opportunity to explore the benefits of deep water aqua with buoyancy belts. All skill levels welcome

Bollywood Dance

You will be able to jump right in and follow along in this fun and energetic non-choreographed class. Focus on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, toning and tightening of muscles, agility and flexibility training and mental well-being. Each student can pace themselves based on their fitness level, so students of all skill levels are welcome.

Boxing

From beginner to advanced, this class focuses on the fundamentals of traditional boxing. Mixed with cardio and strength, you will burn fat, build muscle, and learn how to kick butt. Become a more confident, healthier you by attending a class that will give you the tools necessary to reach your goals.

Combat

Mixed Martial Arts is one of the fastest growing sports and fitness classes, with participants of all ages, fitness and ability levels showcasing great levels of strength, flexibility and anaerobic capacity. This non-choreographed 60-minute class focuses on improving all these components of fitness with dynamic kickboxing, aerobic, strength and conditioning and defensive drills. No equipment needed. All skill levels welcome.

Cycle

This indoor cycle class combines endurance and interval training with cadence control to improve cardiovascular fitness. Ride to exhilarating music for 45 minutes, which includes a warm-up, collection of drills, cool down and stretching. No cycling experience required. Class size limited to 13. All skill levels welcome.

Dance Hits

Dance Hits is a fun, dance-based cardio class for people of any skill level. We dance to our favorites on the radio and mix it up with all genres of music. It incorporates toning movements and basic technique with both follow-along and broken down choreography. The party never stops in Dance Hits!

HIIT Circuit

This class is full of high energy athletic and strength-based circuits that will be sure to get your heart racing and increase your overall stamina.

Hip Hop Choreography

Hip Hop fitness is a fun and fast-paced cardio class for people of all skill levels. The class focuses on incorporating muscle-toning exercise motions with easy-to-learn, hip hop dance moves, all set to a playlist of upbeat modern music. The first half of the class is simple follow-along steps, and the second half is broken-down, intricate choreography.

Kickboxing

From the beginner learning to train to the competitive fighter, this class focuses on the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing, the art of 8 limbs. The class focuses on many forms of kicks, elbows, punches, and knees. Fight your way to a more confident, healthier you, with Muay Thai fundamentals mixed with cardio and strength training.

Pilates

Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. All skill levels welcome.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa is a challenging practice, matching breath and movement. This class builds strength and endurance and may explore intermediate and advanced postures, pranayama, mudras and meditation to leave you feeling empowered, focused and strong. Modifications offered and all skill levels welcome. Bringing water is encouraged.

Vinyasa Yoga

The emphasis of this class is to match breathing with movements while the instructor cues a series of poses designed to work and tone the entire body. Gain strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. All skill levels are welcome.

Zumba

Join the party! Latin-inspired rhythms fused with easy-to-follow choreography, dance moves and intervals create the ultimate 60-minute full body workout. Zumba® is one of the most, if not the most successful dance formats in the world, and is here to stay. Just dance! Dance! Dance! Instructors are all Zumba® certified. All abilities and skill levels welcome.
