University of Colorado faculty, staff and students who have a valid full-time (valid anytime) parking permit may take advantage of this reciprocal parking agreement. Valid parking permits include ones issued by UCB, UCCS, CU Denver & CU Anschutz Medical Campus.
Faculty, staff, and students from other CU campuses who have a valid, full-time permit from their respective campuses and are visiting the UCCS campus may park their vehicle in lots 100, 170, 220, and level 5 of the Gateway Garage. Displaying the valid permit in the front window is required. Those who do not display a valid, full-time CU parking permit must park in a pay station lot that requires paying an hourly/daily parking fee.
UCCS faculty, staff, and students who possess a valid, full-time parking permit from UCCS and are visiting other CU campuses may park their vehicle in designated lots on those campuses. Displaying the valid permit in the front window is required. Please refer to specific university links below for lot information. UCCS virtual permit holders, having no hang tag or sticker, should contact the UCCS Parking Office and arrange to pick up a UCCS permit to display for reciprocal use while on other CU campuses.
This agreement applies only for travel related to official university business (such as attending a meeting). You must display the official parking permit that was issued to you from your home campus in your front window. The CU reciprocal parking arrangement is valid for specific designated parking lots only and availability is based on "first-come, first-served."
Important note: All CU campuses reserve the right to utilize alternate reciprocal lot locations or discontinue the reciprocal permit program altogether during major campus events or campus emergencies.
