Did you know?  There is NO LONGER a need to pick up the physical permit from Parking Office after purchasing a permit.  The vehicle license plate IS the parking permit!

***NEW this year:  Permit registration is now required for the free (500 series) parking lots.  Parking in 500 series lots is still free to faculty & staff, but permit registration is now required effective this year (Fall 2018). For those purchasing a permit for the main campus or border lots, you won't need to register for a 500 series lot... your purchased permit is good in your respective permitted lot(s) as well as the 500 series lots.

Important Parking Information: For all UCCS parking lots requiring a parking permit, the permit MUST be purchased prior to the first day of each semester. There is NO "grace period." Tickets WILL be written for parking violations the first day of the semester. There is no longer a need to come to the Parking Office to pick up the physical permit after purchase.  Parking permits are now "Virtual Permits," which is your license plate(s).  Up to 5 license plates can be registered under one permit.  However, only one of these listed vehicles can be parked on campus at the same time.  Please read the following information regarding parking options: Permits are valid for the current semester only and will expire on the last day of the semester (unless stated otherwise). Vehicles in violation of parking regulations will be subject to ticket and/or immobilization. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing a permit entitles you to park in certain parking lots on campus. YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING A RESERVED PARKING SPACE. Students should direct all inquiries concerning parking to Parking Services at 719-255-3528.
