Greetings from the Chief of Police
Welcome to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Police Department Home Page.
The UCCS Police are comprised of Police Operations, Communications, Environmental Health and Safety, and Risk Management.
The UCCS Police were created as a result of authority legislated to the Regents of the University by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado. This authority includes the responsibility to protect the lives and property of everyone on or around university property.
We strive to utilize the latest tools and technology to help us communicate with the University community by also using Facebook and Twitter. Those links can be found on the Department homepage.
As UCCS continues to grow and expand, the UCCS Police are committed to ensuring a safe environment for those who work, live, study, and play within our wonderful community.
Thank you for visiting the UCCS Police Department's Website.
