UCCS Bicycle Advisory Committee
The Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) was formed in Fall 2014 with the start of the Pedal Perks program. The goal of the committee is to support the cycling community at UCCS by advocating for infrastructure, providing educational opportunities, and engaging interested, yet concerned populations. The committee meets monthly and includes faculty, staff, and student representatives.

League of American Bicyclists - Bicycle Friendly University
The Bicycle Friendly University (BFU) program recognizes institutions of higher education for promoting and providing a more bikeable campus for students, staff and visitors. The BFU program provides the roadmap and technical assistance to create great campuses for cycling. In 2014, UCCS was awarded Bicycle Friendly University bronze. And in 2017, reapplied and received silver. Below are the feedback documents that will help guide the University to continue supporting the bicycling community.
