Olympus IX-83 Widefield microscope

Instrument description: The Olympus IX-83 microscope is equipped with 7 objectives (4X to 100X) and four fluorescence filter sets. The system uses a high speed, high sensitivity sCMOS camera, and a NIR-sensitive camera. A motorized XYZ stage allows for automated image acquisition, and an Eppendorf micromanipulation system allows for microinjection and cell capture. An environmental chamber allows imaging of live cells under ideal conditions.

Instrument description: The Shimadzu LCMS-8030 is a triple quadrupole instrument that is extremely useful for trace-level quantitation (below 1 part-per-million) in complex mixtures.
