Overview

Voice services and telephone support are handled by the Telecom Department on campus. The telephones are purchased through a Faculty/Staff/Employee's respective department on campus and to be then configured through Telecom.

How Do I Get Started?

If you do not have the physical phone yet, contact your department's program assistant and order through Telecom by clicking on the following link: Phone Purchasing Assistance.

Once the phone is plugged into its permanent location, the phone will turn on and will be pre-programmed with the user's name and extension.
