Mobile Device Support

Overview

The UCCS IT Help Desk provides email and wireless internet support for mobile devices on campus for Faculty/Staff/Employees/Students. Email support includes configuring their mobile device for our Office 365 email system for University Faculty, Staff, Students, and retirees. Wireless Internet support includes setting up their mobile device to connect to our UCCS-Wireless internet network across campus.

What Do I Need To Get This Service?

A UCCS Faculty/Staff/Employee/Retiree/Student account is needed to use this service.
