UCCS Exception Accounts allow Faculty, Staff, and Student Employee members of the campus access to the UCCS Email (Office 365 Server) using this Exception Account. Most Exception Accounts that are created are for departments or clubs.
Exception account credentials (consists of exception account's username and password) are used to access the following online tools/ features:
- Exception Account Email
- Logging into computers on campus

What Do I Need To Get This Service?
Please login (using your UCCS Account) the following link: Cherwell Self-Service, and click on 'Account Request (Exception Account)'.

How Long Does It Take To Get This Service?
The Exception Account request will be sent to the IT Help Desk and reviewed. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process.

How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?
The Exception Account will be set to expire once a year. The owner of the account will be notified via their UCCS Email and with instructions on how to renew the Exception Account before it expires and is closed. For further assistance please contact the IT Help Desk.
