About Mail & Shipping Services
The primary function of Mail & Shipping Services is to distribute incoming mail and packages and expedite outgoing letters and packages for Students, Faculty and Staff. We also distribute intercampus mail.
The Mail & Shipping Services department has one location on campus: the Campus Services Building Mail Room is for faculty and staff mail and packages. Mail & Shipping Services picks up USPS mail and packages for the campus from the Templeton Gap Post Office. Daily Student mail and packages are generally delivered to the residence halls for processing by the mailroom staff by 9:30 AM.
Mail for campus departments and package delivery routes begin around 10:00 AM.
The times for both operations may vary depending on the volume of mail received. Expect delays if there is bad weather, around holidays or after breaks.

Monday – Friday – 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Faculty and Staff Mail
Mail & Shipping Services is located in the Campus Service Building, Room 113. All Faculty and Staff mail and packages are processed at this location.
Stamps are not available at the Mail & Shipping Services location. The University Center help desk has stamps available for purchase.
Package Delivery Times
Package delivery times vary for all carriers. Mail & Shipping Services receive package deliveries throughout the entire day. Delivery times are affected by weather or other unforeseen events. Following are estimated delivery times for carriers
USPS – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (for Express and other packages or mail that was not ready for the Mail Couriers).
FedEx Express – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
FedEx Home – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
FedEx Ground – 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
UPS – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
DHL – Anytime during the day
