Sandy Ho, Ph.D. serves as the Director for the UCCS Excel Languages and Social Sciences Center (LSSC) and teaches Gateway Program Seminar, Public Speaking recitation for the UCCS Department of Communication, Academic Fitness for the Pre-Collegiate Development Program, and Culturally Responsive Practices in Higher Education for the College of Education SAHE program. 

Dr. Ho's higher administrative and teaching experience span across community colleges, Hispanic Serving Institutions, and other public universities. Her areas of expertise include federal financial aid policy and student access, culturally responsive practices and programming, diversity and inclusion, globalization and internationalization, risk management, extended studies, faculty development, inclusive curriculum, student services HLC assessment, student development, leadership development, accessibility, event planning, social media, campus orientation, academic advising, student success coaching, military/veteran support, Supplemental Instruction (SI)/tutoring programs management, and online learning.
