Sandy Ho, Ph.D. serves as the Director for the Excel Languages and Social Sciences Center (LSSC) and teaches for Gateway Program Seminar, the Department of Communication, the Pre-Collegiate Development Program, and graduate courses for the College of Education. 

Dr. Ho's higher education experience spans across risk management, extended studies, student conduct investigation, mediation, faculty development, inclusive curriculum, student services HLC assessment, student development, leadership development, accessibility, event planning, social media, campus orientation, academic advising, student success coaching, military/veteran support, Supplemental Instruction (SI)/tutoring programs management, and online learning. She has been trained through the HLC Academy in Chicago and consults for Learning Centers across the region.

Dr. Ho is also a video fighting game and Hello Kitty enthusiast.
