Rebecca Duray -- Professor, College of Business, UCCS
In her capacity as professor in the UCCS College of Business, Rebecca has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in operations strategy, project management, process improvement, and quality management.
Her research interests are in the strategic use of operations, the processes required for mass customized products and services, and lean applications in information systems. Rebecca focuses on the application operations management models to service processes and public organizations.
Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., Rebecca was a management consultant for various firms including Price Waterhouse and A.T. Kearney focusing on operations and systems issues. Her client base included middle market and growth companies as well as Fortune 500 companies in industries ranging from industrial manufacturers to service organizations.
She holds a B.S. in Business and an M.B.A from Case Western Reserve University and a Ph.D. in Operations Management from The Ohio State University.
Rebecca is passionate about learning and providing access to education for all. Rebecca believes that KPWE is a great model to support non-traditional students and is pleased to be part of the program.
