Lynette Jones – President of When Style Matters, Public Speaker, Trainer

As President of When Style Matters, Lynette focuses on the ABCs” of a great image — Appearance, Behavior and Communication. She teaches executives and ambitious professionals how to use image and style strategies and techniques to create a stylish brand that elevates their confidence and drives their success! 

Lynette is a public speaker and trainer with more than 20 years of successful leadership and business expertise, and has worked with thousands of businesses and professionals. Her clients report feeling more self-assured and empowered to attain their goals.

As a member of the Business Women’s Network of Colorado Springs, Lynette serves to advance and empower business women and career professionals on a regional and national platform. As a member of Zonta and LWVPP, she focuses on service and advocacy for women around the globe. 

When Style Matters is based out of Colorado Springs, Co. Since being launched in 2008, several highly-specialized programs and products have been created including the Signature Style System for Executive Women™ and Professional Image Institute by When Style Matters.™ 

Lynette Jones is a Philadelphia native who lived in San Diego for 15 years before moving to Colorado Springs in 2012. Lynette attended PSU where she earned a BA in Sociology. Lynette is also an alumni of the SDSU CED certificate program.
