Day in the Life

A day in the life of a student receiving services from the Office of Inclusive Services looks very similar to any student attending UCCS!

Here is a sample of what a day might look like for a student living on campus:

  • Meet with a mentor in the library to prepare for class
  • Attend class with support if needed
  • Take the campus shuttle to the recreation center for swimming
  • Meet up with friends for lunch
  • Work with a mentor on class work
  • Have dinner at the Roaring Fork Dining Hall
  • Attend a club event

Here is a sample of what a day might look like for a student living off campus:

  • Arrive on campus via parents, Uber, Metro Mobility or other transportation. The OIS does not provide transportation to or from campus
  • Meet with a mentor in the library to prepare for class
