Biological Effect of Cell Phone Radiation in Human Body

Nowadays mankind lives completely surrounded by many wireless devices such as Cell phones, GPS devices and other Wi-Fi devices that makes our life easier. It means that we are constantly interacting with electromagnetic fields. RF radiation can affect human body because human body consists of approximately 65-70% water, electrolytes & ions.
The research goal is to analyze the biological effects of cell phone radiation and it includes the study of radiation level depending on Antenna type, distance and power level. The aim is to figure out how much radiation exposure of a cell phone is dangerous for human body. Four types of cell phone antenna (PIFA, Planar Monopole, Helix & Smart) are being designed to measure the radiation effects.
Designed antenna simulation will be used across the HFSS Human body model to find SAR (specific absorption rate) for each individual human tissues and to figure out the temperature change of the tissues due to radiation. SAR is a measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the Human body when exposed to a radio frequency electromagnetic field. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the U.S Government established the SAR limit to 1.6 W/kg averaged over 1 gram of actual tissue. Physical experiment will be held to determine the radiation effects.
