Employee and Dependent Tuition Benefit
Permanent employees are eligible for a tuition benefit of up to nine credit hours per academic year to be used either by the employee or an immediate family member in undergraduate status.
Employee Leave Programs
12-Month Faculty, University Staff, and Classified Staff earn annual and sick leave. 9-Month Faculty are also eligible for a sick leave benefit.

The Family Development Center offers UCCS students, faculty, and staff child care services for children ranging from age 1 year to 12 years. The goal of the center is to assist children in building their self-esteem and encourage curiosity and enthusiasm. The center is staffed by highly qualified teachers trained in early childhood development and education.
Health, Fitness, and Wellness
The Campus Recreation Center is a 54,000 square foot facility featuring a two court gymnasium with an elevated running track, a state of the art fitness center, an indoor pool with 4 lap lanes and a leisure swimming area including a slide and hot tub, a 12-foot bouldering wall, and an aerobics and dance room. Additionally, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs collaborates with numerous local fitness centers to offer UCCS employees discounted rates.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act require that crime statistics for UCCS be made available to applicants upon request.
