In "Off and Running," we will set what may seem like impossible goals, but through motivation, psychology, and the physical act of running, you will learn that anything is possible. No base level of physical ability is required, but running will be a core part of the class and used as a metaphor for success. This course is not recommended for freshmen members of the UCCS Track or Cross Country teams due to scheduling conflicts."

This course requires a significant amount of running and is for beginners and marathon runners alike.
