Are you interested in cooking healthy meals? Have you ever wanted to grow your own food? This course will teach you how to grow, harvest, and cook your own food and will also explore the links between health and sustainability that occurs with local food. The course also emphasizes food traditions around the world and introduces you to global flavors in the kitchen. Health, wellness, sustainability, gardening, and culinary basics are all a part of this course!
