In China Express, BITUMINOUS artist Carlan Tapp tells the visual story of individuals, land, waterways, and entire communities impacted by the 1,200-mile train route stretching from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming to British Columbia, Canada - a route upon which multiple trains pulling more than 100 cars transport coal daily to be shipped to China. Carlan Tapp will speak about this documentary project and his work with the nonprofit organization he founded, Naamehnay Project - Question of Power.
