Emily Skop is an associate professor at the University of Colorado Springs. Emily received her PhD from Arizona State University in 2002. She is a human geographer who specializes in migration and inequality, with a special focus on the role that race, ethnicity, and social status, along with other social differences, play in shaping unequal geographies of mobility, belonging, exclusion, and displacement.
