Bids Due:  Thursday, 31 May 2018 @2:00 PM MST

ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received from Pre-Qualified General Contractors Standing Order Contractors, at UCCS, until 2:00 pm local time, Thursday, May 31, 2018, for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the remodel described as: Gateway Hall Conference Room Remodel Project.

All electronic bids shall contain the following:

  • Bid Form
  • Your Schedule for the Project. This schedule must be of sufficient detail to demonstrate understanding of the work and ability to substantially complete the work in the stipulated timeframes.
  • Bid Bond with proper security, if bid is $50,000 or over

Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Announcement of Selection:  Monday, 4 JUNE 2018, by Noon MST
