Remember that, as part of your UCCS application, you completed the UCCS Study Away Course Approval Form. On this form, courses were evaluated/pre-approved by your Academic Advisor and/or Department Chair to count towards your degree. If you end up enrolling in different courses, you must follow the steps below:
- You must request approval from your Academic Advisor/Faculty Advisor for any courses not previously approved on the UCCS Study Away course approval form (completed course approval forms are uploaded to each student's UCCS education abroad application page).
- You must send an updated course approval form to the UCCS Education Abroad Office by mail, fax, or email. The Education Abroad Office will then upload the updated version to your UCCS education abroad application page and route to the appropriate departments on campus.
