Biography:

Amy joined the UCCS Dining and Hospitality Services team in January 2015. She has ten years of experience in the food service industry. Amy graduated with honors when she received her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts, along with certificates in ServSafe, Hospitality Management, and Baking and Pastry. She is currently a student at UCCS seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Business Innovation. During her spare time, Amy enjoys a variety of hobbies including, cooking for and spending time with family, traveling, scuba diving, snowboarding, reading, and trying her luck at Texas Hold'em.
