Colorado native Polly Knutson began her career in hospitality services as a chef. She has owned and operated both catering and retail business in the Pikes Peak area. Polly has earned Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts and Elementary Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Colorado State University. Polly's database management includes CBORD Food Service Suite, ODYSSEY one Card System, MICROS point of sale, Food Management System (FMS), The Market Connection Inventory Management System, and Labor Management System. Service and hospitality are her passion and why she enjoys being part of the UCCS Dining and Hospitality team.
