Biographical Information

Kylie Swanson Hoyle is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She teaches courses in Elementary Science Education in the Teacher Education Program. Kylie received her Ph.D. in Science Education from North Carolina State University in 2017. Her research interests include: Informal STEM education, Elementary and Middle school teacher STEM professional development, and pre-service Elementary teacher self-efficacy and confidence in teaching science. She joined the Teacher Education Program at UCCS in 2017.
