About

Dana Rodenbaugh, M.Ed., LCSW, has been in program development, higher education, and licensed behavioral health work for thirty years, including thirteen years in university career counseling. His approach is student-centered and strengths-based. With a graduate degree from Loyola University and post-graduate study at the University of Missouri in Psychology, he has been a careers columnist and has taught at the University of Saint Mary, Park University, and UCCS. He has presented at the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, the National Career Development Association’s Global Conference, and has been a corporate trainer for Lockheed Martin, Bayer Corporation, the USDA, and the Department of Labor on Career Development, Communication, and Mental Health issues.
