Bridging the Gap
Engagement, development and partnership opportunities to help our students become your employees.

The College of Business Career Development Center focuses on helping students plan for their careers, while connecting businesses and students to provide opportunities for their futures.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Our wide range of sponsorship packages allow you to customize an engagement plan that best meets the needs of your organization. Depending on your desired sponsorship level, the opportunities include:
  • Career Networking Night

Network with students, alumni, faculty and staff to share potential internship, part-time or full-time opportunities within your organization.

  • Etiquette Dinner

The etiquette dinner is designed to ensure students are able to navigate a professional luncheon or dinner. Sponsors are able to purchase tables at the event, bring company representatives and network with College of Business students.

  • Finals Lounge

During finals week in the fall and spring semesters, the Career Development Center hosts a finals lounge providing students with food and a place to relax in between exams. Depending on the sponsorship level selected, sponsors are able to market and engage with students in the lounge.

  • JCPenney Suit Up

The Career Development Center has partnered with JCPenney to offer 40% off professional clothing for all students. A portion of Platinum and Gold sponsorships are designated to award clothing stipends for low-income students.

  • Campus Visits

Sponsors are able to host a table in Dwire Hall, schedule on-campus interviews or hold office hours in the Career Development Center.

  • Workshops

Sponsors are able to participate in a variety of Career Development Center workshops or develop and host a workshop of their choice. Contact the office to plan a custom workshop.

  • Advertisements

Sponsors are able to advertise their organizations through Dwire Hall's TV screens, the College of Business monthly student newsletter and by placing promotional materials in the Career Development Center office for students.

  • Donor Wall

The Career Development Center has a virtual donor wall on the Center's website. Sponsors that reach a certain level will be recognized on the donor wall.

  • Employer Advisory Committee

Sponsors will have a seat on the Employer Advisory Committee. The Committee provides a community perspective and acts as a sounding board for ideas, issues and brainstorming sessions to ensure the Career Development Center meets the needs of the local business community.
