For the 50th anniversary, the UCCS College of Business is establishing an endowment to fund scholarships for students and to inspire the next generation of alumni through scholarship support. The College of Business Career Coaching Program pairs a UCCS College of Business junior or senior student with a mentor to participate in a structured career coaching program.  The program allows mentors an opportunity to impart their skills and experiences to students in order to prepare them to enter the workforce as confident, competent and ethical professionals. The following are professional topics covered either in full or in part throughout the program:

LinkedIn Profile Selecting a Career Path Communication Etiquette
Interview Skills (Skype) Follow-up Skills Real Industry Knowledge

The College of Business Scholarship awards students who have demonstrated financial need and strong academic success. The scholarship is a $1,500 award per academic year.  Hundreds of alumni and friends of the College of Business work together through their giving to award four scholarships each year.
