The College of Business is home to 1,322 enrolled undergraduate students and serves more than 400 additional students who've declared Business Intent as their major (Fall 2018 data). In Academic Year 2017-18 the College of Business awarded bachelor's degrees to 349 students.

College of Business students completed 127 internships in Academic Year 2018-19 including 91 internships in Sport Management, 74 internships in PGA Golf Management, and 53 internships in Business.

ETS Major Field Test in Business
In fall 2016, 79 students enrolled in the senior-level capstone course (STRT 4500) took the ETS Major Field Test in Business. This standardized exam measures knowledge and understanding of business and offers national comparative data. Scores on the exam range from 120-200. On average, UCCS students earned a score of 159 compared to a national average of 152 placing UCCS in the 90th percentile compared to 602 institutions who use this exam.
College of Business Graduate Program Outcomes
The College of Business serves more than 350 graduate students (Fall 2018 data). Most are pursuing the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, however, our new Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) is growing quickly. In Academic Year 2017-18 the College of Business awarded 93 MBA degrees and 10 MSA degrees.
Each semester in the Capstone class we survey students about their experience in the MBA program. Following are some highlighted findings from the 2015-16 Academic Year:
- 91% respondents would recommend the program to a friend or colleague
- 94% respondents learned skills and knowledge in the MBA program that they believe will be important in their career.
ETS Major Field Test - MBA
In fall 2016, 21 students enrolled in the graduate-level capstone course (STRT 6500/6590) took the ETS Major Field Test - MBA. This standardized exam measures knowledge and understanding of business and offers national comparative data. Scores on the exam range from 220-300. On average, UCCS students earned a score of 259 compared to a national average of 248 placing UCCS in the 88th percentile compared to 261 institutions who use this exam.
