Email Signature

Email signatures should match the general look and feel of business stationary in the UCCS Brand Identity Standards – Helvetica Neue when possible (or otherwise san serif) with bold names, plain contact info, small letters to signify what kind of number (fax, office, etc.)

Some may prefer to include the UCCS logo in their email signature. Please make sure the graphic is properly formatted for small crisp reproduction by using the email signature artwork on this page. The full address of the university may be included if appropriate for your audience.

Some prefer collapsing info onto fewer lines, which is acceptable. The pipe vertical bar character, or bullet character, with two spaces on each side is appropriate to use for this purpose. Taglines and extra messaging are okay as well (though they are not permitted in the other business stationary.) These should be department/college/university taglines, not personal slogans.
