The University Club exists to enhance the relationship between the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) and the business community. Members are committed to using the Club’s financial resources for student scholarships, teacher awards, and campus and community outreach efforts. An added benefit of Club membership is meetings featuring guest speakers representing the campus who discuss current trends in business and industry and about the ongoing campus research that will ultimately lead to UCCS’ recognition as the premier comprehensive, regional research university in the United States. |
This year, we are excited to announce a new programming structure specifically designed to better serve our partners in the business community. We invite you to join us for several reception-style events and a series of lunches that will focus on two topics essential to your organization: “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creativity” and “Dealing with an Aging Population in the Corporate World.”
This year’s luncheon series will allow you to hear from UCCS faculty who will directly address the needs of your business and how the University can help you address them. Each luncheon participant will receive appropriate reading materials associated with the topic being addressed. Then, we will continue the discussion by allowing you to experience the topic firsthand through visits to new buildings, laboratories, and related off-site facilities.
