Online Teaching and Learning at UCCS

Mission and Goals for online teaching

To build a community of faculty who can effectively design, develop, teach and evaluate online courses. We strive to serve a variety of interests and levels of expertise of faculty involved in online education. The TLC staff can:

  • Assist faculty and departments in planning and delivery of distance programs.
  • Assist in identifying teaching strategies that are effective in a technology environment.
  • Consult on course design, as well as provide individualized hands-on development support with eCollege.

Important information on using eCollege -- both eCompanion and eCourse users -- may be found at http://www.uccs.edu/~tlc/Teaching/onlineteaching/ecollege/ecollege.htm.
