TRY THESE STEPS:
1. Clear the cache in your browser -- for IE7, go to Tools on the Menu Bart, and select Delete Browsing History, and select Temporary Internet Files from the popup menu. On Firefox, go to Tools, Clear Private Data and check the Cache box before continuing.
2. Make sure that you have allowed popups for the site: http://uccsonline.net -- go to Tools, Popup Blocker, Popup Blocker Settings, and add this address to the list of allowed sites: uccsonline.net.
3. We have been having authentication problems with Firefox 3 (Windows and Mac). You should use another browser or go back to Firefox 2 if possible (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
4. Make sure that all of the Windows updates have been downloaded and installed.
5. If you are connecting to the eCollege site using a modem, try power cycling (unplugging, plugging) to reset the connection.

In Firefox, go to Preferences, Content, Block Popup Windows, and click on the Exceptions button at the right. Add this address to the list of allowed sites: uccsonline.net.
