1. Turn on the projector and lower the screen.

To turn the projector on, aim the remote at the projector on the ceiling and press the "on/off" button (circled in red) once. To turn the projector off, you must press the "on/off" button twice."

2. Prepare Media and login.

3. Select projector input.

To project the computer, press "Computer 1" on the remote control. To project the DVD/VHS deck press "Video." There is nothing connected on "Computer 2" so you will not use that button. Remember that you must aim the remote at the projector.

4. Start media.

5. Adjust the volume or make other adjustments as necessary.

	The room has an electronics closet that houses the receiver for the wireless microphones, the amplifier for controlling the PC and DVD/VHS deck volumes, and the DVD/VHS deck.
	Use these dials to adjust the volume for the microphone, DVD/VHS deck and the computer.

6. When you are done, please logoff the computer and turn off the projector.
